As previously mentioned i-DEA is a local company, serving the Blackpool and Preston postcode areas (FY and PR) in the North West of England. Having lived in the Preston and Blackpool areas for over 30 years our knowledge of the local community and area is extensive.

When looking for someone to provide your Energy Certificates you have a few options. Come to i-DEA directly. We are looking to build direct relationships with
independent local estate agents/solicitors/mortgage providers etc. If you are one of these then please do not hesitate to get in touch. Being located locally we can offer regular contact and face to face meetings to ensure that we are providing the highest level of service to you and your clients.
3. Professional Representation for Your Company.
We have great experience of working in the service industry, and are more than aware of the importance of being professional in everything that we do - from the way we answer the phone, the way we dress on property inspections right through to the after sales service that we provide. We feel this is extremely important as on the majority of inspections we will not only be representing ourselves but also be representing your company. We want to ensure that the service we provide is a benefit to your company.
4. Price - Tailored to your requirements.
Here at i-DEA we like to work closely with our clients to ensure our pricing structure works for your business. With private sales we have kept things nice and simple, we offer one set price for all EPCs from one bedroom flats right through to a mansion. However, we also realise that for the rental market this may not be the best for all parties. Therefore please don't hesitate to contact us for further information and to dicuss your requirements..
5. Full Time.
i-DEA is available to provide EPCs seven days a week offering you and your clients the flexibility they require in terms of booking the day and time of their inspection. This enables us to offer a very efficient turnaround.
6. Rapid Response.
We understand how important it is to provide a fast and efficient service in this fast moving market. A delay could affect the marketing of the property and the seller may miss an opportunity. We aim to acknowledge all enquiries within two hours and respond to all within 24 hours. Once the inspection has taken place we will ensure all EPCs are received by the client within three working days of the inspection.
7. Fully Qualified & Accredited.
All Domestic Energy Assessors at i-DEA hold a City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment and are accredited through the BRE Certification and Accreditation Scheme (click here for more information). The BRE scheme is designed to ensure that the rigorous standards set by the CLG (Communities and Local Government) are adhered to by every Domestic Energy Assessor as well as BRE's own Code of Conduct. They ensure that each Domestic Energy Assessor has the required qualifications as well as other aspects such as criminal record checks.
